Refund policy
At Sam's Flooring, we are committed to providing quality products and service. To maintain competitive pricing and manage our inventory effectively, the following general guidelines apply to all returns and refunds:
1. Return Window and Condition
You may return new, unopened, and first-quality items within 30 days of delivery or purchase. To be eligible for a return, goods must be in their original, unaltered condition and packaging.
2. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee is mandatory for all items accepted for return to cover handling and processing costs.
3. Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized by the Sam’s Flooring Claims Department. Sales representatives do not have the authority to approve claims or returns. To initiate a request, please contact us at info@sams-flooring.com.
4. Shipping and Logistics
Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Sam's Flooring does not cover or reimburse costs associated with the transport of returned merchandise.
5. Non-Returnable Items
To protect our ability to offer deep discounts, the following are strictly non-returnable:

Discounted Items: Close-outs, specials, and promotional goods are considered "Final Sale."

Installed/Cut Goods: Any flooring that has been cut, modified, or installed cannot be returned.
6. Pre-Installation Inspection
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all orders prior to installation. Please confirm the style, color, and presence of any visible defects before cutting or installing. Once the product is installed, Sam's Flooring will not honor claims related to visible defects or damages.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks after we receive and successfully inspect the returned items at our warehouse.
