All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Sam’s Flooring LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or display is strictly prohibited.

Content & Order Accuracy

  • Accuracy: Sam’s Flooring strives for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing; however, we rely on third-party data and cannot guarantee error-free content. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies or change prices at any time without notice.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ordering the correct type and quantity of materials. We recommend consulting a professional or using our online calculators. Sam’s Flooring is not liable for orders placed with incorrect specifications.

Shipping, Delivery & Inspection

  • Estimates: All shipping dates and delivery times are estimates. Do not schedule installation until you have received and inspected your flooring.

  • Logistics: Once materials leave our facility (3051 Dug Gap Road SW, Dalton, GA 30720), we are not responsible for shipping delays or damages.

  • Unloading: Freight drivers do not unload deliveries. You are responsible for having adequate help available to unload heavy materials.

  • Mandatory Inspection: Upon delivery, you must count items and visually inspect for damage. You must note any damage on the proof of delivery before signing. Failure to do so releases the carrier and Sam’s Flooring from liability. Hidden damage must be reported within 5 days.

Return & Refund Policy

At Sam's Flooring, we are committed to quality. To maintain competitive pricing, the following guidelines apply:

  1. Return Window: New, unopened, and first-quality items may be returned within 30 days of delivery or purchase. Goods must be in original, unaltered condition and packaging.

  2. Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to cover handling and processing.

  3. Authorization: All returns must be authorized by the Claims Department. Sales representatives cannot approve returns. Contact info@sams-flooring.com to initiate a request.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: "Final Sale" items include discounted goods (close-outs, specials), and any flooring that has been cut, modified, or installed.

  5. Shipping: Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  6. Refunds: Typically processed within four weeks after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Pre-Installation & Natural Variations

  • Inspection: Inspect all materials for style, color, and defects before installation. Installing or cutting materials constitutes acceptance; post-installation claims for visible defects will not be honored.

  • Wood Variations: Wood is a natural product. Variations in color, grain, and texture are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.

Sam's Flooring Appointment-related Campaign

  • Campaign sends appointment-related messages, including confirmations, reminders, and thank-you messages, to customers who book flooring services with Sams Flooring LLC through the website and have opted in to receive SMS notifications from Sams Flooring LLC.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to (706) 508-6388. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@sams-flooring.com
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Whitfield County, Georgia.
